Working with our clients, we've changed the face of our community through

of the achievable. Our community is Sonoma County-it's where we all live and
work-and we've been focusing our business here now for over thirty-five years.
Our clients range from the individual real estate investor to large corporate

For a tenant in any of the buildings we manage, value might be measured by
the increase in productivity they enjoy because their space really works. Or it
might be that their occupancy costs have decreased because the space we put them
in is more efficient. For a building owner, value might be measured by our ability
to attract and retain tenants while keeping procurement costs low. Or it might be
our ability to think like an owner in every recommendation we make.
What distinguishes us from our competitors? We believe it's our ability to put
ourselves in another's shoes. We listen. We strive to understand what the goals
and objectives of our clients or tenants are. We discuss current market conditions
and realistic expectations. We formulate plans that will accomplish the goals and
objectives. Then we carry out the plan—we deliver the quality, value and consistency

Two other things distinguish us. First, we know how to think like owners. We've been designing, building and managing property for long-term ownership and we believe it's the best way of knowing what works because you live with all your decisions. We continue to incorporate
best practices into our design, construction and operations-striving to drive down
costs while increasing both short and long term investment value. Secondly, we've designed what we've
built. Whether it's an office building, an interior plan, or a
modernization program for a hotel, we design because we believe we can
deliver more value that way. Our designs are timeless. Our drawings are easily
interpreted by both permitting agencies and contractors-resulting in faster
turn-around times for permits and better pricing from contractors. We specify
materials and designs that are easy to maintain and properly balanced between
quality and cost. And then we supervise the construction through completion to
make sure our client gets exactly what was intended. The results speak for
themselves-faster delivery, superior execution, greater value delivered to the client.
Our recent experience includes retail, office, medical/office, research
and development, warehouse, and flex space. Also of note are some of the
specialty buildings we have been involved in, from FountainGrove Inn and
Equus Restaurant to an award-winning environmentally "green" building for
the State of California. We can work with any program to develop client
build-to-suit projects as well as master plans for phased implementation,
on one of our sites, one of yours, or one to be acquired.
